HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Five ways to work together.

Some men come to me on their own. Some companies bring me in. Either way, the work starts with an honest conversation about where you are and what has to change.

1:1 LEADERSHIP COACHING

For the man who knows something has to change.

Titles don't matter here. If you carry real responsibility and you're ready to look honestly at how you show up under it, this is for you. We work on the gap between who you intend to be and how you actually operate when the pressure is on. At work, and at home.

What it looks like: regular 1:1 sessions, real work between them, and a standard you build and live by. In practice, that means the conversation you keep putting off, the decisions that keep landing back on you, and the version of you that walks through the door at home after a hard day.

What you build: steadier reactions, clearer decisions, and a way of leading you choose on purpose.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

A private seat for owners and senior leaders.

At the top, almost nobody tells you the truth about how you lead. This is the one room where someone will. Executive coaching is one-on-one and confidential. It focuses on you as a leader: how you make decisions, how you carry pressure, and what your team experiences when things go sideways. Often paired with Business Coaching and always kept separate from it. Your sessions are confidential, and anything shared with your company is agreed with you up front.

BUSINESS COACHING

For owners and leadership teams in construction, the trades, and owner-led businesses.

I spent a decade going from labourer to COO, growing a business, building leaders, and putting systems in place. Now I bring that into yours. I work alongside you and your leadership team on the business: people, process, accountability, and building leaders who don't need you for every decision. Two modes, always named clearly: Coaching, where you find the answers and I hold you to them. Advisory, where I give you my direct opinion from having done the work.

What it looks like: a monthly retainer with on-site days, plus scope and deliverables we build together for your business.

GROUP AND TEAM COACHING

For crews, foremen, and leadership teams.

When one leader changes, it helps. When a whole team shares the same standard and the same language, the culture changes. Group and team coaching works through the real problems your people face: delegation, accountability, hard conversations, and leading under pressure. Practical sessions, built around your jobs and your team.

ADHD COACHING

For men who lead with ADHD.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the end of 2025. A lot of things made more sense after that, and I started looking hard at how I lead, how I plan, and where I drop the ball.

If you have ADHD and you're running a crew or a company, you know the pattern. Ideas come fast. Follow-through doesn't always. You can handle a crisis on site without blinking, then lose an hour to an email you've been dodging all week.

ADHD coaching is practical work on that gap. We figure out how your brain actually works and build your week around it, so you get started on the hard stuff and keep the promises you make to your team and your family. No shame and no lectures. You bring the real problems, and we work them.

I'm a Certified Leadership Coach through the Canadian Coach Academy. I'm now enrolled in MentorCoach's PAAC-accredited ADHD coach training, on the Positive Psychology and ADHD Coaching pathway. That means three courses, an oral exam, an open-book exam, and 60 hours coaching ADHD clients. I'm also working toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Once that's in place, I can challenge for the Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner (CACP) credential through PAAC, the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches. That's where I'm headed.

I also facilitate on MensGroup, an online community for men. I've been invited to take over the ADHD Connection Circle: A Gathering of Minds That Move Differently, which meets every second Sunday at 8am PT. I've said yes, and we're sorting out the details now.

Coaching works alongside medical care. It doesn't replace diagnosis, medication, or therapy.
